Qualifications

 
 

Lisa Adams studied veterinary science, medicine and surgery at Murdoch University in Western Australia, graduating with merit honours.

Lisa has completed two years of facilitation training at The Wasley Institute of Western Australia (Group Leadership Course), and a short course in ‘Leadership and Community Engagement’ at Penn State University. Lisa continues to collaborate with scholars from Penn State on LA&A projects.

Professional recognition of Lisa’s skills and experience includes her membership of the State Health Research Advisory Council of Western Australia (2005-2015), Biosecurity Advisory Council of Australia (2009-2013), organising committee of the One Health EcoHealth Congress (Melbourne, 2014-2016) and Victorian Rabbit Action Network Board (2022- ).

Lisa is a member of the International Association of Ecology and Health.
