Lisa Adams & Associates, established in 1998, provides facilitation services to support group processes for learning, planning and action. Lisa is the principal consultant and depending on client needs specialist teams can be assembled as part of the LA&A service.

Lisa is a trained facilitator who brings 15 years experience in senior executive and management roles, 7 years in research officer roles, and 3 as a veterinarian in private practice.

Lisa's special interest is participatory approaches for addressing complex social and ecological challenges, and amplifying the benefits of collaborative action - at local, regional, state, national and global scales.
